Inspection Comments | CONDUCTED THIS COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION DURING THE ROUTINE INSPECTION. THE MAIN CONCERN WAS THE APPEARANCE OF THE TABLE SYRUPS WHICH WHERE FILTHY LOOKING WHEN COMPLAINANT CAME IN FOR BREAKFAST. SPOKE WITH JORGE IBARRA THE MANAGER AND ASKED WHAT THEIR CLEANING POLICY FOR THE TABLE SYRUPS WERE. SYRUPS ARE WIPED DOWN, THE NOZZLES CLEANED AND FILLED AFTER EACH SHIFT. EVERY MONDAY, THE CONTENTS ARE DUMPED AND THE INSIDES ARE CLEANED AND REFILLED WITH FRESH PRODUCT. I CHECK ALL THE NOZZLES AND THEY LOOKED CLEANED. THE ONLY ONES THAT HAS SOME DEBRIS ON THEM WHERE ONES THAT WERE BEING USED BY CUSTOMERS DURING THAT SHIFT. NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY WAS NOTICED. |
